Act for Kids has been working with us for many years, continually improving redesigning their website in order to align the visual look and feel with the brand, user experience, and help drive awareness and donations. Prior to our partnership, their site was difficult to manage and as a result not updated as regularly as desired. It was important for them to work with a company that was flexible in the design approach and who could work with their donations management software company to integrate the website. Adhering to their brand guidelines was crucial throughout the process.
Working closely with the Act for Kids marketing and communications team, Follow worked on the user experience and wire-framing throughout the site. The designs were brighter to reflect the Act for Kids brand. The site integrates with donation software and is simpler to use not only for those donating but also the children, families and caretakers who access information about the important services that are available.
