Devmark Developments approached us to develop a new brand and website for a new division of their company. The goal was to offer project homes with architectural features, easily adaptable floor plans and custom facades, to combat the current market trend of master-planned homes that are advertised as affordable but blow the customer budget with each small customisation.
The new homes would appeal to young professionals and families, and all designs feature open plan living, bi-fold doors and blend indoor-outdoor living.
We researched previous Devmark clients and prospective customers, and developed the name Bask Homes. The visual brand was crafted to capture the coastal feel the homes offered that future owners desired and took into the material aesthetics of greys, black and white, timber, concrete, slate, stone, sand, metallics, and natural greenery. The icon developed captured the simple, modern luxury.
The persuasive headlines were developed and tested with users, shortlisted and accompanying copy built around each. The website was then designed with personas and user journeys influencing all decisions and customised to the copy. Developed using WordPress, the site is responsive to tablet and mobile, and the admin has been custom developed for simple ongoing maintenance.
